FOLLOW YOUR DELIVERY
Tracking an order should take one email and one click.
When your order is dispatched, the carrier tracking number is emailed to you with the dispatch confirmation. This page explains where to find it and what to do when tracking has not appeared or has stopped updating.

Tracking number
Step one
Search the inbox used at checkout and check spam or promotions folders. The message should identify the order, carrier and tracking link. An order-confirmation email is not the same as a dispatch confirmation.
Step two
“Label created” generally means the consignment has been booked but may not yet have received its first depot scan. Long gaps, address exceptions or a delivery event you do not recognise should be raised with the carrier or customer service.

Need help?
Include the order number, purchaser name, delivery postcode and tracking number. Do not send payment card details. Customer service can verify dispatch information and advise whether a carrier enquiry is needed.
THE NEXT STEP
The final gold button should open the carrier URL stored on the Magento shipment. The review build intentionally uses a placeholder until Matthew confirms the new tracking integration.

Tracking is emailed on the day your order is dispatched. If nothing has arrived, check spam and promotions folders before contacting us.
The label may have been created before the parcel received its first physical carrier scan. Check again after the next depot processing window.
Order number, purchaser name, delivery postcode and the tracking number are usually enough to begin.
