We collect information directly from you when you browse, create an account, place an order, contact us, enter a promotion, review a product or subscribe to communications. We may also receive information from payment, fraud-prevention, delivery, analytics, advertising and customer-service providers.

Payment details are handled by authorised payment providers. We do not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers in CMS page content.

How it is used

Orders first, with limited supporting uses

We use personal information to process payment, fulfil and deliver orders, communicate order status, personalise gifts, manage accounts, provide support, handle returns and warranties, prevent fraud, keep the site secure, comply with law and improve our products and website.

Where permitted, we may use contact and preference information to send offers or product news. You can unsubscribe at any time. Essential service messages about an order, return or account may still be sent.
